NVIDIA InfiniBand MMA1L10-CR Compatible QSFP28 100G LR4 Optical Transceiver (SMF, 1310nm, 10km, Duplex LC/UPC, DOM)
The NVIDIA InfiniBand MMA1L10-CR Compatible transceiver is a 4-channel, pluggable, QSFP28, optical transceiver designed for use in 100GbE links with up to 10km reach on single-mode fibers. The module converts 4 input channels of 25 Gb/s electrical data to 4 channels of LAN WDM optical signals at 4 different wavelengths and then multiplexes these into a single optical transmit signal. It is also qualified for use in InfiniBand EDR end-to-end systems. It is the ideal solution for supercomputing, seamlessly integrating into computing and storage infrastructure to ensure efficient high-performance interconnectivity. Used in SB7800/SB7890 switches and ConnectX-5 adapters.

Q: Can CFP 100G-LR4 be connected with QSFP28 100G-LR4 modules?
A: It can be used for interconnection, as long as the rate and modulation method are the same, it can be interconnected within the theoretical transmission distance.
Q: The 100G-LR is already using on our data center, so no problem. But could you confirm for me that is no problem to connect a COB with a BOX?
A: Of course, this is just a technical package, so there is nothing to worry about.
Q: What does "LR4" mean?
A: "LR" refers to 10km reach using single-mode fiber, and "4" implies there are 4 optical channels.
