Arista QSFP-200G-SR4 Compatible 200GBASE-SR4 QSFP56 Optical Transceiver Module (MMF, 850nm, 100m, MTP/MPO, DOM)
The Arista QSFP-200G-SR4 Compatible QSFP56 Optical Transceiver Module is designed for 200GBASE Ethernet throughput over
MTP/MPO-12 connectors using OM4 multimode fiber (MMF) with a wavelength of 850nm up to 100 meters.
The transceiver is compliant with IEEE 802.3bs, 200GBASE-SR4, CMIS Rev 4.0 & SFF-8665 standards. Digital diagnostics
functions are available via the I2C interface. It is suitable for data centers, high performance computing networks, enterprise core
and distribution layer applications.

Q: What's the difference between QM8700 and QM8790 switches? Whether there is a difference in the selection of the cables?
A: There is no difference in function and performance between QM8700 and QM8790. QM8700 is managed, and QM8790 is
unmanaged (out-of-band management). Mvslink can provide 200G IB AOC and DAC cables that can be used with the two
switches.
Q: If hypothetically we had a problem where we don't know if the issue is with the Mvslink cables or with the Mellanox switches,
or maybe Mellanox switch failure due to cable's problem, would you provide us technical support?
