NVIDIA MCP7Y60-H001 Compatible 400G OSFP to 2x200G QSFP56 DAC InfiniBand HDR Breakout Cable
(Passive, OSFP to 2x200 QSFP56, 30AWG, 1m)
MVSLINK OSFP-400G-2Q56DAC is a 400Gb/s twin-port OSFP (Octal Small Formfactor Pluggable) to two 200Gb/s twin-port QSFP56 Direct Attached Copper (DAC) dual breakout cable.
The 8-channel twin-port OSFP end uses a finned top form-factor for use in Quantum-2 and Spectrum-4 switch cages. The two 400G ends support 4-channels of 50G-PAM4 (200GbE/HDR) and use a flat top QSFP56 for use in ConnectX-6/7 adapters and BlueField-2/3 DPUs using riding heat sinks on the connector cage.
DAC cables are the lowest-cost, lowest-latency, near zero power consuming, high-speed links available due to their simplicity of design and minimal components. Using the Every cable length is tuned to reduce internal signal noise and back reflections. Thin 30AWG is used for 1 and 1.5-meter lengths and thicker 26AWG for 2-meters.
MVSLINK's cable solutions provide power-efficient connectivity enabling higher port bandwidth, density and configurability at a low cost and reduced power requirement in the data centers.

Q: What's the AWG (American Wire Gauge) of this Cable? 26AWG or 30AWG?
A: MVSLINK offers 400G OSFP to 2x200G QSFP56 Passive Direct Attach Copper Breakout Cable in 30AWG for 1m and 1.5m, 26AWG for 2m cables.
Q: What is the maximum transmission distance of this cable?
A: This passive DAC can provide up to 3m.
Q: I only use the 1st splitter of the splitter IB cable, the 2nd splitter is not installed on the NIC, will it affect the use of the 1st splitter cable?
A: It has no effect after the port is configured with a split port, it is recognized as two logical ports inside the device, and each splitter corresponds to one logical port, which has no effect on each other.
Q: What are the scenarios for using the 400G NDR OSFP to 2x200G QSFP56 splitter DAC cable?
A: It can be used to connect Quantum2 NDR Switch and Quantum HDR Switch or HDR NICs with QSFP56 ports and BlueField2-DPU.
Q: We have some QM9700 NDR switches connected with original IB cables, if we use them together with your cables will there be any incompatibility problems?
A: MVSLINK IB cables meet international standards, with good interoperability and compatibility, and are able to be paired together with the original cables.
