MVSLINK QSFP-100G-SWDM4 QSFP28 transceiver is based on our SWDM4-100G-QSFP28-150 product, which has the same parameters and is manufactured in accordance with the same industry standards as its OEM counterpart.
It has a minimum guaranteed optical budget of 3 dB, which typically is enough to reach about 150 meters over OM5 type fiber. However, distance is only an indicative parameter calculated for identification comfort.
MVSLINK 100G QSFP SWDM4 transceiver comes with an Industry Leading Lifetime Warranty, surpassing the OEM warranty for the same product. Every QSFP SRWDM4 transceiver is environmentally tested in its specific port/platform, which includes compliance verification for distance, wavelength, traffic density and light.

A: The QSFP-100G-SWDM4 uses duplex multimode LC fiber for connectivity as standard.
Q: How long can the transmission distance of QSFP-100G-SWDM4 be?
A: When QSFP-100G-SWDM4 is used with OM3 fiber optic patch cords, the transmission distance can reach 70m, and when used with OM4 patch cords, the transmission distance can reach 100m.
Q: Can the QSFP-100G-SRBD be interconnected with the QSFP-100G-SWDM4?
A: No.
The 100G SRBD uses dual channels at 50Gb/s per channel to send and receive 2 optical signals of different wavelengths, while the 100G SWDM4 combines and splits the waves via MUX/DEMUX to provide 4 optical signals of different wavelengths at 25G rate on a single multimode fiber.
The two modules cannot be interconnected because the number of channels and wavelengths are not the same.
