NVIDIA MCA7J75-N004 Compatible Breakout Active Copper Cable, 800G Twin-port OSFP to 4x200G QSFP112 InfiniBand NDR
MVSLINK OSFP-800G-4Q112ACC is an 800Gb/s twin-port OSFP (Octal Small Form-factor Pluggable) to 4x200Gb/s QSFP112 (Quad Small Form-factor Pluggable 112G) Active Copper Cable (ACC) quad breakout (aka splitter) cable for InfiniBand NDR networking.
The switch end OSFP has a finned top for additional cooling and the QSFP112 HCA end is flat-topped and uses riding heat sinks on the HCA OSFP cage.
The ACC contains eight high-speed electrical copper pairs, each operating at data rates of up to 100Gb/s using 100G-PAM4 modulation. The "active" term refers to the passive copper cable with an equalizer integrated circuit to extend the length to 4 and 5-meters.

Q: What is the transmission distance of the MVS-O4Q112-AC4 cable?
A: Active DAC can provide 4M and 5M.
Q: We have some 800G OSFP port switches connected with original cables, will there be any incompatibility issues if we use them with your cables?
A: MVSLINK cables comply with international standards and have good interoperability, and compatibility. It can be used with original cables.
Q: What is the difference between MVS-O4Q112-ACC and MVS-O4Q112-DAC?
A: MVS-O4Q112-DAC is a passive copper cable. The connector of the passive copper cable does not contain active components and can provide a direct electrical connection between the corresponding cable ends. The longest transmission distance is 3m.
MVS-O4Q112-ACC is a passive copper cable with integrated equalizer circuit. It can extend the length up to 4 meters and 5 meters while maintaining low latency and low power consumption of 1.5W and 0.6W respectively.
Q: What are the main application scenarios for the MVS-O4Q112-ACC cable?
A: It is mainly used for switches with OSFP ports, with the branch end connected to a 200G QSFP112 port of either ConnectX-7 network card or BlueFIeld-3 DPU.
Q: Can the MVS-O4Q112-ACC cable be used for 200G network cards with OSFP ports?
A: No, it cannot be used. QSFP112 and OSFP are two different form factors with inconsistent sizes, and they cannot be used together.
